ONLINE EXPERT MEETING /12 June 2023/ INDUSTRY 4.0: Strategic employee involvement in digital transformation of oil, gas and coal mining and supply companies
The moderator opened the online expert meeting and welcomed the project partners on behalf of the project leader OZZGNIG Poland - Ogólnopolski Związek Zawodowy Górnictwa Naftowego i Gazownictwa. He also presented the agenda for the day and summarized the next steps that will be developed in the project.
During the first part of the meeting each organization participating in the project presented the key results of the national research that preceded the seminar and provide recommendations for action in building the strategy of the social partners in shaping digitization policies in the energy sector in the second part of the day.
